This notice serves to remid all general insurance companies providing medical insurance services to ensure full companies with the following legal and regulatory frameworks by 31st December 2025:

1. The Universal Health Insurance Act, 2023 - All medical insurance products must align with the provisions of this Act, which aims to ensure universal health coverage for all.
2. The Universal Health Insurance Regulations, 2024 - Strict adherence to the specific regulations governing the operation and provision of medical insurance services.
