The National Health Insurance Fund (NHIF) is hereby notified to ensure full compliance with the following legal and regulatory frameworks by December 31st 2025:

1. The Universal Health Insurance Act, 2023 - This Act mandates the provision of universal health insurance coverage for all citizens.
2. The Universal Health Insurance Regulations, 2024 - Compliance with all provisions outlined in the regulations under the Universal Health Insurance Act.
3. The Insurance Act, 2009 -  Adherence to all applicable provisions regarding the governance, operations, and management of insurance services.
